I AM… LEGEND
This project features wall-painted installations and small drawings that explore the nostalgia related to two important themes: the celebration of Black culture seen in the show Soul Train (1971-2006) and the troubling rise of white nationalism reflected in 19th- and early 20th-century photographs of lynch mobs.
Check out the project’s SPOTIFY PLAYLIST, which has been co-curated by Patrick Earl Hammie, Kamau Grantham, and Stacey Robinson.
